When you see Brussels as the capital of Europe, you may sometimes think of Babylon. At least that is what happened to me several times, thereby reinforcing the idea of diversity as an opportunity,
In a globalized world with more and more uniformity, diversity, with many solutions, is more
wealth than a curse!
That is why I dedicated my contribution to the European Sculpturepath to the topic of Babylon
loosely based on Bruegel the elder, carved into bluestone rock that originally weighted 5,3 tonnes
