Idea
Sculpture is based on an ancient Greek myth about the abduction of Europe. Zeus falls in love with Europe. And she is fascinated by the Bull that Zeus turned to.
The sculpture consists of two parts, but there are even more layers of narrative. One moment is when Zeus transforms into a Bull, another is when he swims with Europe through the waters.
The sculpture does not depict Europe, but has a step by which every one can lean on Zeus back. It is like an indication that everyone can create new opportunities. European history is a true love story.
